Had no trouble with shoe being narrow... I purchased the Barb in red patent/cork. I ordered a 6.5 and they fit perfect. They didn't seem overly narrow at all. In fact, they were surprisingly comfortable. My feet are completely average - neither narrow nor wide. The patent was actually softer and more pliable than I expected. They're very lightweight, so it feels like I'm walking in a shoe with a much lower heel. I have the Oh Deer! Garbo as well, and the Barb seems more comfortable and easy to walk in, whereas the craftsmanship on the Garbo seems a bit better. I'd suggest a darker color like Red or Black - in my experience, white patent tends to show marks more quickly. The footbed of the shoe is red patent with a gold overlay, which I thought was nice. Again, I had absolutely no problems with fit or narrowness. I'm quite happy with them.

Barb forever!!!! I just got my second pair of Barbs a couple of days ago from Zappos.com and all I can say is: WOW!!! I ordered the platinum ones and they just look pretty pretty pretty!!! Tanned legs + a pair of those shoes=killer!!! I just ordered the red ones on eBay because Zappos didn’t have them in my size until today!! I’m disappointed because I’d rather order all my shoes from Zappos.com than from anywhere or anyone else because Zappos.com is just the best ever! Best service plus always the latest styles! Thank you once again Zappos!!

GREAT SEXY SHOE TRUE TO SIZE - I bought two pairs of this shoe one in black and the other one in white. They are so nice and they look so real to the shoes for 890 each. Regarding the size I bought my regular size (8) and they feel just right. I would say they feel a little bit tight where my pinky toe is supposed to go but they seem like they will stretch. I would suggest ordering your regular size unless you have a thick foot and your shoe size varies from shoe to shoe, then I would suggest you buy ½ a size bigger. Overall I love the shoes and they fit true to size.
